2. Estimates, Scheduling & Service Conditions

All estimates provided by Lonestar Lot Maintenance are non-binding unless stated otherwise in writing. Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, site accessibility, material availability, and operational constraints.

We reserve the right to reschedule services as necessary to ensure safety, compliance, and quality of workmanship. Property access must be provided at the agreed-upon time to avoid delays or additional charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate property information and site access

  • Ensuring vehicles, equipment, or obstructions are removed as required prior to service

  • Obtaining any necessary approvals or permissions from property owners, tenants, or governing authorities unless otherwise agreed in writing

Lonestar Lot Maintenance is not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by inaccessible sites or inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Compliance & Regulatory Standards

Lonestar Lot Maintenance performs services in alignment with generally accepted industry standards and applicable guidelines, including fire lane visibility and ADA-related markings where applicable.

However, Lonestar Lot Maintenance does not provide legal or regulatory compliance guarantees. Ultimate responsibility for property compliance with local, state, or federal regulations remains with the property owner or manager.

Clients are encouraged to consult with local authorities or compliance professionals when required.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the applicable invoice or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment is due upon completion of services

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees

  • Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services

Lonestar Lot Maintenance reserves the right to pursue collection efforts for unpaid invoices as permitted by law.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Service cancellations or changes must be communicated in advance. Late cancellations may result in fees to cover labor, materials, or scheduling impacts.

Custom services or materials that have already been prepared may not be eligible for refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lonestar Lot Maintenance shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of use, revenue, or business interruption

  • Pre-existing property conditions or surface failures

Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Lonestar Lot Maintenance makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those explicitly stated in writing. Environmental conditions, traffic volume, weather exposure, and surface condition can affect service longevity and results.
